“New Generation” isn’t just a part of our name – it’s what we are. Our family has been in the business of audiology since 1974. The original practice, Caribe Hearing and Balance Centers, was started by our father, Jose F. Duran, to serve the hearing loss community in South Florida. Inspired by our parents and their clients, myself, Dr. Joseph Duran, and my sister Yvette, decided to pursue an education in the industry and later, open the doors of New Generation Hearing Centers in 2009.
Our relationship with the hearing loss community is fueled by passion, which is why it’s so important to us to that we provide not only the best products, but also the best service. At both our locations, we ensure our clients feel comfortable and welcome by offering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Being a business centered around family and family values, we encourage our clients to bring their loved ones with them on their visit; we understand how hearing loss affects more than the person suffering from it. We take the time to listen to our client’s experience and that of their loved ones to choose the best solution for their hearing needs.
