About Our Audiologists in Coral Gables, FL
Joseph K Durán has been working with hearing aids since he was very young. He began his career helping his family’s business Caribe Hearing Aids after school and during summer break, eventually focusing his studies on becoming an Audiologist. While attending Miami Dade College, he worked as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Later he joined the University of South Florida Audiology program and interned at the University of Miami’s Ear Institute, graduating with a doctorate in Audiology.
Margelia Valdes has been a hearing instrument specialist since 2014, has been Board Certified since 2016, and carries a certification as an Audiology Assistant. She started with the company in 2009 assisting with the maintenance of hearing devices and patient care. Margie has become an integral part of the team as well as a premier and sought after hearing healthcare provider, helping our patients find the best outcomes for their hearing impairment.
