About Our Audiologists in Westchester, Miami
Joseph K Duran has been working with hearing aids since he was very young. He began his career helping his family’s business Caribe Hearing Aids after school and during summer break eventually focusing his studies on becoming an Audiologist. While attending Miami Dade College, he worked as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Later he joined the University of South Florida Audiology program and interned at the University of Miami’s Ear Institute graduating with a doctorate in Audiology.
Margelia Valdes has been a hearing instrument specialist since 2014, has been Board Certified since 2016, and carries a certification as an Audiology Assistant. She started with the company in 2009 assisting with the maintenance of hearing devices and patient care. Margie has become an integral part of the team as well as a premier and sought after hearing healthcare provider, helping our patients find the best outcomes for their hearing impairment.
They were very friendly professional I was in and out within a half an hour and I have my new hearing aids on order and I just like to say I was very pleased with the service that I got.
I was very pleased with this doctor’s office. The lady in the front desk had sent me all the paperwork I need to have filled out since the day I made the appointment and this save me time when I got to my appointment. The doctor was also very nice, patient and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience. I highly recommend it.
If I could give 10 stars I would…I am 26 years old and I’ve always needed hearing aids Since I was a little girl but I was never comfortable with wearing them because I thought it would make me “less pretty” or I would get made fun of…. Etc etc…. that was until I started coming to New Generation Hearing.
